PDMR Shareholding
Seneca Growth Capital VCT Plc (LSE: SVCT) announces that it was informed yesterday that John Hustler, sole remaining member of the Ordinary Share Pool's Commercial Advisory Committee, has purchased 25,000 Ordinary Shares of 1.0p each ("Ordinary Shares") on the secondary market at a price of 11.0p per Ordinary Share.
Following this purchase, John Hustler is beneficially interested in 215,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.7% of the Company's Ordinary Shares. John Hustler is also beneficially interested in 31,841 B shares, which represents 0.1% of the Company's B Shares, which when combined with his Ordinary Shares, represents 0.7% of the total voting rights in the Company (which include the Company's Ordinary Shares).
