Director Share Purchase
Supreme (AIM:SUP), a leading manufacturer, supplier, and brand owner of fast-moving consumer products, has been notified on 11 July 2022 that on 11 July 2022, Sandeep Singh Chadha, Chief Executive Officer, purchased a total of 500,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 83.2 pence per share. The acquisition was made by Supreme 8 Limited, a company wholly owned by Mr Chadha. Following this purchase, Mr. Chadha now has a total beneficial interest in 66,626,845 Ordinary Shares, representing 57.13% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
The Group's current share capital consists of 116,627,074 Ordinary Shares with voting rights.
