Sutton Harbour Holdings PLC26 March 2008 Sutton Harbour Holdings plc ("Sutton Harbour" or the "Company") The Company reports that it has been provisionally appointed as preferreddeveloper by Swansea Council to work with them on the development of theSailbridge site on the banks of the River Tawe. It is envisaged that the site, located between the Dylan Thomas Centre and theSailbridge, will be developed to incorporate residential accommodation, bars andrestaurants, offices and public space.
