On 20 June 2014 awards were made under the Findel plc Performance Share Plan 2006 (the "Plan") to Mr Roger Siddle, Mr Tim Kowalski, and Mr Phil Maudsley, each a director of the Company. The awards were granted in the form of nil cost options
