DXR announces that it was notified on 13 February 2010 of the sale by Martin Kiersnowski, director, of 1,000,000 ordinary shares at 1.5 pence per share on 12 February 2010. Following this transaction Martin Kiersnowski's holding in DXR is 1,509,285 ordinary shares - 2.99% of the Company's total issued share capital.
