Further to the FTSE Russell notice released on 27 February 2023 in relation to Capital & Counties Properties (UK): Merger with Shaftesbury (UK), please note the FTSE 250 Index replacement and any other associated index changes.

All other details remain unchanged. Please see updated notice below:

Subject to court sanctioning the scheme of arrangement in relation to the all-share merger between Capital & Counties Properties (UK, constituent) and Shaftesbury (UK, constituent), please see details of affected indexes and effective dates below:

Shaftesbury (UK, 0799096) will be deleted from the FTSE 250 Index.

SThree (UK, B0KM9T7) will be added to the FTSE 250 Index and deleted from the FTSE SmallCap Index.

Capital & Counties Properties (UK, B62G9D3) will remain in the FTSE 250 Index.

All changes effective from 06 March 2023.
