THE ORIGINAL HOLDING OF 3.69% BY THE DIVERSE INCOME TRUST WAS DISCLOSED IN THE COMPANY'S AIM ADMISSION DOCUMENTATION. AT THIS POINT THE AGGREGATED MITON GROUP HOLDING WAS BELOW 5%.
