The Directors of Star Energy would like to thank Stephen Gutteridge for hisvaluable contribution to the Company since joining in May 2004 at the time ofthe Company's admission to trading on AIM, and David Wertheim and Stephen Eastfor their valuable contribution since joining the Board in October 2004.
