Notification of transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities

This notification is made in accordance with the requirements of Rule 3.1.4R of the FCA's Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules.
Ā
The Company was notified on 8 December 2015 by Computershare Trustees Limited, the trustee of the UK Share Incentive Plan ("UK SIP"), that on 7 December 2015 the persons set out in the table below, each being a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility (a "PDMR"), acquired ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Shares") under the Partnership Shares element of the UK SIP at a price of Ā£3.085 per Share and were also awarded Shares at nil consideration under the Matching Share element of the UK SIP.

The UK SIP is a share plan available to all of the Company's UK employees, subject to qualifying conditions.Ā
