Transaction in Own Shares
SSP Group plc announces that it has purchased the following number of ordinary shares of 1 17/200 pence each ("Shares") on Exchange (as defined in the Rules of the London Stock Exchange) as part of the buyback programme announced on 20 November 2019:

Following the purchase of these Shares, the remaining number of Shares in issue will be 444,669,871 (excluding Treasury shares), and the Company will hold 185,959 Shares in Treasury.
The figure of 444,669,871 may be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
