SOFTWARE RADIO TECHNOLOGY PLC Issue of Equity
The Directors of Software Radio Technology plc ("SRT" or the "Company") announce that they have issued and allotted 33,000 new ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company as a result of the receipt of notices of conversion of employee options in the Company at 2.5p per share.
Following the issue of the new shares, there are 98,141,107 ordinary shares of 0.1p of SRT in issue with each share carrying the right to one vote.
Application will be made for the new shares to be admitted to AIM which is expected to occur on 5 August 2010.
Posting of Annual Report and Accounts
SRT's annual report and accounts, including notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), has been posted to shareholders today. The AGM will be held at 11.00 a.m. on 2 September 2010 at Wireless House, Westfield Industrial Estate, Midsomer Norton, Bath BA3 4BS.
