The Board of Software Radio Technology plc ("SRT" or the "Company") wishes to announce that Matthew Rogers, theΒ Company'sΒ Finance Director and Company Secretary,Β has decided to leave theΒ Company, with effect from 24 December 2008,Β to join aΒ professional accountancyΒ businessΒ based inΒ Somerset.
Simon Tucker, SRT's Managing Director said, "After five years with theΒ Company,Β Matthew has decided to take his career in a different directionΒ and the Board wishes to thank Matthew for his efforts during his period of employment andΒ weΒ wish him the best for the future".
SRT will announce the appointment of a new Finance Director and Company SecretaryΒ in due course.
