Total Voting Rights and Capital
In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Company notifies that its total issued share capital at 26 February 2021 comprised 1,233,380,637 ordinary shares of 2 pence each (the 'Ordinary Shares'). The Company holds 14,412,280 Ordinary Shares in treasury.
The total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights in the Company is therefore 1,218,968,357. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
