Serabi Mining plc12 December 2006 ADDITIONAL LISTING Serabi Mining plc ("Serabi" or "the Company") announces that 100,000 optionsover 10 pence ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company have beenexercised at a price of 15 pence per share. Application has been made for these new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to AIMand it is expected for trading to commence at 8.00am on the 12th December 2006. These new Ordinary Shares will, when alloted and issued fully paid, rank paripassu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares now in issue.
