Director Dealings
Serica Energy plc (TSX: SQZ; AIM: SQZ) was today notified that 1,387,458 ordinary shares of US$0.10 each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company, in which Antony Craven Walker, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Company is beneficially interested, were today transferred from the Estate of the late Mrs CE Craven Walker to an account belonging to Mr Craven Walker. Following the transfer, Mr Craven Walker's beneficial holding remains unchanged at 7,829,916 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.97% of the Company's voting rights.
The Company has 263,679,040 Ordinary Shares issued and outstanding.
