Voting Rights and Capital
In conformity with the Transparency Directive we would like to notify the market of the following:
The Company's capital consists ofΒ 26,185,075Β ordinary shares with voting rights. The Company holds no ordinary shares in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights inΒ SQSΒ isΒ 26,185,075.
The above figureΒ ofΒ 26,185,075Β may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in,Β SQSΒ under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
