ANNUAL REPORT AND ACCOUNTS 2008 AND NOTICE OF AGM

Spirax-Sarco Engineering plc (the 'Company') announces that its Annual General Meeting will be held at 2.00 pm on Tuesday, 12th May 2009 at the Chase Hotel, Shurdington Road, Brockworth, Gloucestershire, GL3 4PB.
