Spirax Group plc (the Company) announces the periodical transactions in relation to some of the Company's employee share schemes in accordance with article 19 (12(b)) of the UK Market Abuse Regulation.
In addition, the Company announces that Maria Antoniou, who will join the board as a Non Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee on 1 June 2025, notified the Company that she purchased 509 shares in the Company (339 shares at 5862.99p and 170 shares at 5825.89) on 17 April 2025
