Director Share Purchase
Springfield Properties plc (AIM: SPR), a leading housebuilder in Scotland focused on delivering private and affordable housing, announces that, on 22 May 2025, Sandy Adam, Chairman, purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of 0.125 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 95 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, the beneficial shareholding of Mr. Adam is 27,688,019 Ordinary Shares1 in the Company, representing 23.3% of the issued share capital.
