Total Voting Rights

In accordance with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA"), Springfield Properties plc (AIM: SPR), a leading housebuilder in Scotland focused on delivering private and affordable housing, gives notice that, as at the date of this announcement, the Group's issued share capital consists of 119,034,710 ordinary shares of 0.125 pence each, all with voting rights. There are no shares held in treasury.

The above figure of 119,034,710 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Group under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
