SPORTECH PLC (AIM: SPO), the international betting technology business, announces that the Company has been notified that on 13 October 2022, Richard McGuire, Executive Chairman of Sportech, purchased 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares ('Ordinary Shares') at 12 pence each in the Company.

Following the above purchase, Richard McGuire now holds 1,250,000 Ordinary Shares representing 1.25% of the issued share capital of the Company.
