APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR
The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Lars John Rutegård as a Non-executive Director with immediate effect.
Lars, aged 36, brings a wealth of industry and financial experience to the Board. He is currently the Managing Director of International Fibres Group AB, a worldwide manufacturer of coloured polypropylene staple fibre and filament yarn, and an Investment Manager at Bronsstädet AB (which will be the Company's largest shareholder, holding approximately 38.9% of the Company's shares, following admission to AIM of the 125,000,000 new ordinary shares of the Company to be issued pursuant to the recently completed placing, as also announced today). Further disclosures in respect of Lars Rutegård under Schedule 2, paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules are set out below.
