Superglass Holdings PLC (the "Company" or "Superglass")

Directorate Changes

The board of Superglass Holdings PLC is pleased to announce the appointment of Ken Munro as Chief Executive Officer with immediate effect. Ken, aged 46, assumed responsibility for all operational activity within the Superglass business in February of this year when he was promoted to the position of Managing Director of the Company's principal trading subsidiary, Superglass Insulation Limited, and now moves into a position of overall leadership of the Superglass Group. Prior to joining Superglass as director of Strategic Development and Sales, Ken occupied senior management roles within NCR Corporation, Havelock Europa plc and a number of other private businesses.

Ken's appointment follows an extensive recruitment process which considered both internal and external candidates. This process identified Ken as the best candidate to lead the Group through this important stage of its development, a view that was endorsed by the Company's principal shareholder Peter Gyllenhammar AB. The Board welcomes Ken's appointment and looks forward to supporting Ken in implementing the agreed strategy and vision for the future.

Now that the recruitment process has concluded, Alex McLeod has stepped down from the Board with immediate effect. The Company would like to thank Alex for his tireless efforts and contribution over the last six years, during the major part of which Superglass faced an extraordinarily challenging trading environment.

Finally, as announced on 18 May 2015, John Colley will step down as Chairman of the Board on 19 June 2015 and the search has commenced for a new Chairperson. Mark Cubitt, Senior Independent Director, will act as Interim Chairman until a permanent successor is identified.

Ken Munro's current directorships, other than in relation to companies within the Superglass group, are as follows:

- Eurisol UK Ltd (appointed 2 April 2015)

- Munro Holdings (Scotland) Ltd (non-trading) (appointed 20 December 2011)

In March 2014, T. Media Distribution Limited (previously John Ritchie Limited), a subsidiary company of Munro Holdings (Scotland) Limited, entered into administration. Ken Munro was sole director of T. Media Distribution Limited at that time.

Previous directorships in the past 5 years comprise:

- Penfold Book & Bible House Limited (non-trading) (appointed 28 July 2009 and resigned on 16 January 2012)

- Bindworx Limited (dissolved) (appointed 2 March 2012 and resigned on 11 June 2014)

Ken does not hold any ordinary shares in the Company and no further information in connection with Ken's appointment is required to be disclosed pursuant to paragraph (g) of Schedule Two and Rule 17 of the AIM Rules.
