SUPPLEMENTARY DISCLOSURE
The board of Superglass Holdings PLC, the UK's only independent manufacturer of glass mineral wool insulation, announces the following additional information in relation to Schedule Two, paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules in respect of the appointment on 1 February 2016 of Jan Holmstrom as a non-executive director of the Company.Mr Holmstrom was a director of the following companies which were placed into an insolvency procedure within twelve months of his directorship:

In addition to the companies identified within the announcement of 1 February, Jan is currently a director of two dormant UK companies, Bilderton Limited and Carleton Property Limited; is currently a director of one active Swedish company, Somerset AB; and was previously within the last five years a director of: Peter Gyllenhammar AB; and trading subsidiaries of International Fibres Group AB, being International Fibres Group Holdings Limited, International Fibres Group Marketing Limited and IFG Drake Limited.
