Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company announces that it received notification on 20 November 2015 that each of the Directors of the Company had acquired ordinary shares of 1pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") as follows:

Mark Cubitt, Chairman of the Company, purchased 250,000 Ordinary Shares at 2.4 pence per Ordinary Share on 20 November 2015. As a result of the above transaction, Mark's holding in the Company is 250,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.2% of the Company's issued share capital. 

Ken Munro, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 250,000 Ordinary Shares at 2.4 pence per Ordinary Share on 20 November 2015. As a result of the above transaction, Ken's holding in the Company is 250,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.2% of the Company's issued share capital. 

Chris Lea, Finance Director of the Company, purchased 250,000 Ordinary Shares at 2.4 pence per Ordinary Share on 20 November 2015. As a result of the above transaction, Chris has a holding in the Company of 250,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.2% of the Company's issued share capital.

On the same date, the Company also received notification that Mark Atherton, Operations Director of the Company's trading subsidiary Superglass Insulation Limited, had purchased 208,000 Ordinary Shares at 2.4 pence per Ordinary Share on 20 November 2015. As a result of the above transaction, Mark's holding in the Company is 208,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.1% of the Company's issued share capital.
