Posting of Annual Report and Notice of AGM

Inspecs Group plc, a leading designer, manufacturer, and distributor of eyewear (sunglasses, optical frames, lenses and low vision products), today announces that its Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") have been posted to shareholders and are available on the Group's website.

Inspecs confirms that the Company's AGM will be held at Kelso Place, Bath, Somerset, BA1 3AU on 6 June 2024 at 11:00 am.
