Inspecs announces that it was notified on 7 November 2022 of the following PDMR purchase;
Robin Totterman, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 850,053 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Group ("Ordinary Shares") via his pension, Terra Firma Trust. Following the purchase, Robin Totterman and his connected persons have a beneficial interest in 18,625,005 Ordinary Shares, representing 18.3 per cent of the Group's issued share capital.
