Contract win
Following the preferred bidder status announcement made on 17 October 2012, the Board of Directors from 1Spatial, the Spatial Big Data Company, are pleased to confirm that the company has now signed the sales contract with Ordnance Survey Ireland (OSi) to provide them with a Geospatial Management Solution.
The contract, which includes the sale of software licences, services and support and maintenance, will see 1Spatial delivering a new data management solution for OSi's national spatial database by June 2013.
The Board of Directors believes this strengthens 1Spatial's already existing relationship with OSi and its strategy to support Big Data in relation to National Mapping Agencies on a global basis.
Marcus Hanke, Chief Executive, 1Spatial, said:
