CFO Appointment
1Spatial, (AIM: SPA), a global leader in Location Master Data Management (LMDM) software and solutions, is pleased to announce that Andrew Fabian has been appointed Chief Financial Officer with immediate effect, following four months as Interim CFO.
Andrew Fabian, Chief Financial Officer, commented, "I have very much enjoyed working with Claire and the team these last four months. The successful turnaround completed earlier in the year has put the Company on a strong footing to execute on its growth strategy, and I believe we have an exciting opportunity ahead."
Claire Milverton, CEO of 1Spatial, commented, "Andy's understanding of technology businesses and the transition to the cloud has already proven valuable and he is a great addition to our team. We are delighted to welcome him to the Board on a permanent basis."
The information, which was required to be disclosed under Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies at the time of Mr Fabian's appointment to the Board, was included in the RNS announcements on 17 June 2020 and 21 September 2020.
