BOARD CHANGES
The Board of IQ Holdings, the specialist business research company, announces the resignation of Ms Janette Weir as a director of both IQ Holdings and IQ Research Limited ("IQR"). The Company would like to thank Ms Weir for her service to IQ Holdings and wishes her well in her future business enterprises.
At the same time, the IQ Holdings Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Gale Blears to the Company's Board of Directors with immediate effect.
Gale Anne Laura Blears, 56, brings with her a demonstrable track record and a wealth of knowledge within the research sector. She is a highly experienced researcher with particular expertise in medical research, one of the key industries served by Viewpoint Field and Viewpoint Studios. She was responsible for designing and creating Viewpoint Field's and Viewpoint Studios' management information system. Gale joined Viewpoint Field Services Limited ("Viewpoint"), now an IQ Holdings subsidiary, as an Executive, and has since held the positions of Team Leader, Field Director and Managing Director. In April 2009 Gale was appointed as a Director of Viewpoint, and remains in that position to this date.
Viewpoint was acquired by IQ Holdings in January 2009.
Julian Green, Managing Director, IQ Holdings said:

Mrs. Blears controls 5,000,000 shares in the Company, representing 0.4% of the Company's issued share capital.
Other than as detailed above, Mrs. Blears holds no other directorships or partnerships, and has held no other directorships or partnerships in the previous five years.
The Company confirms there is no other information that is required to be disclosed under Schedule 2 paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules.
