IQ Holdings plc ("IQ Holdings" or the "Company")

Holdings in Company

The Company was today informed that Listbasis Limited (trading as C F Consultants), a company beneficially owned by John Christopher Green, has transferred a total of 50,000,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.01p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") as follows:

3,333,334 Ordinary Shares were transferred to his wife Ann Vivienne Green, and the remaining 46,666,666 Ordinary Shares were transferred to parties unconnected with the Company. Mr Green's shareholding is now 125,000 which is held in the name of SVS Nominees Limited, and represents 0.01% of the Company's issued share capital and voting rights. No other parties involved in the transaction have a notifiable interest. 

Each transferee has signed a lock-in deed identical to that entered into by Listbasis Limited at the time of the acquisition of Viewpoint Field, Viewpoint Studios and The Wire, the terms of which are summarised in the Admission Document for those acquisitions which is available from the Company's website www.iqresearch.co.uk.
