Block Admission Interim Review and Total Voting Rights
Sound Energy, the European and African focused upstream company, makes the following notification pursuant to Schedule Six of the AIM Rules for Companies regarding its existing block admission arrangements:

Total Voting Rights
As at 31 August 2016 the Company has 536,053,484 Ordinary Shares in issue with no shares held in treasury. This is the total number of voting rights in Sound Energy and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules.
