Solid State plc (AIM: SOLI), announces that Victor Chavez, to be appointed Deputy Chairman on 1 January 2026, purchased 12,500 shares in Solid State on 10 December 2025 at a price of £1.59, representing 0.02% of the Company.

Solid State was established in 1971 and admitted to AIM in June 1996. The Group has grown organically and by acquisition - having made five acquisitions in the last five years.
