Result of AGM
StatPro Group plc, (AIM: SOG, "StatPro", "the Group"), the leading provider of portfolio analysis and asset pricing services for the global asset management industry, announces that at its Annual General Meeting held at 12.30 pm today the resolutions numbered 1 to 9 were approved by shareholders on a show of hands. The results of the proxies were as follows:
