Director Shareholding

StatPro Group plc (AIM:SOG), the AIM listed provider of portfolio analytics and evaluation services to the global asset management industry, announces that it received notification on 22 March 2010 that, on the same day, the spouse of Mark Adorian, Non-Executive Director, purchased 363,265 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 125.5 pence per share. On the same date Mark Adorian sold 363,265 Ordinary Shares at 125.5 pence per share.

Following these transactions, Mr. Adorian's total beneficial holding in the Company remains unchanged at 2,520,698 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 4.2% of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
