Statpro Group PLC21 December 2005 StatPro Group Plc ('StatPro' or 'the Company') The Company announces that Mr Mark Adorian, a non-executive director of StatPro,yesterday informed the Company that he completed the sale of 1,065,000 ordinaryshares in the Company to his wife and 275,000 ordinary shares to his pensionplan. The transfers were completed at 61.875 pence per ordinary share. As a result of the transfers there has been no change in Mr Adorian's notifiableinterest in the Company, which remains 1,340,000 ordinary shares representing a3.8% holding in the total issued share capital of the Company.
