Director/PDMR Shareholding

StatPro Group plc (AIM:SOG), the AIM listed provider of portfolio analytics and data solutions for the global asset management industry, announces it has received on 10 March 2009 the following notifications of directors' dealings:

Justin Wheatley, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ('Ordinary Shares') on 9 March 2009 on behalf of his SIPP at a price of 44p per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Justin Wheatley's share interest in the Company comprises 7,003,994 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 11.78 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.

Carl Bacon, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 4,444 Ordinary Shares of 1p each on 9 March 2009 at a price of 45p per Ordinary Share. Following these transactions, Carl Bacon's interest in the Company comprises 570,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.96 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital. 

Mrs S Adorian, wife of Mark Adorian (a Non-Executive Director of the Company), purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of 1p each on 9 March 2009 at a price of 43p per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Mark Adorian's share interest comprises 2,520,698 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 4.24 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
