Romgaz S.A. informs the shareholders and investors that, on December 18, 2018, the company's Correspondence Entry received a request issued by Sindicatul Liber Romgaz S.A., as shareholder, relating to "Issuance of the Presidential Ordinance on suspending the OGMS Resolution no. 8/July 6, 2018 (…) until the court of first trial settles case file no. 2843/85/2018 pending before Sibiu County Court of Law". The cause of action is scope of case file no. 2954/85/2018 of Sibiu County Court of Law.
