A N N O U N C E M E N T

regarding the publication of Financial Results

for H1 2017 and Q2 2017

S.N.G.N. ROMGAZ S.A. informs the shareholders and investors about the publication of the Financial Results for H1 2017 and Q2 2017 and on the organisation of a conference call, namely:

Ø Half Year Report and Individual Interim Financial Statements for H1 2017 and Q2 2017 (reviewed) will be published on August 11, 2017, 8:30 AM (Romania time). The reports will be available:

· on Bucharest Stock Exchange website, www.bvb.ro; 

· on London Stock Exchange website, www.londonstockexchange.com;

· on the company's website, www.romgaz.ro, at Investor Relations - Interim Reports and

· printed, at the headquarters of the Company, located in Medias, 4 C.I. Motas Square, Sibiu County.

The individual interim financial statements are prepared according to the International Financial Reporting Standards adopted by the European Union and reviewed by the company's independent auditor.

Ø The conference call to present the financial results for H1 2017 and Q2 2017 is scheduled for August 11, 2017, 1:00 PM (Romania time). The conference call will be held in English.

Attendance to the event will be possible by filling in the registration form that is available starting with July 26, 2017, on the company's website, www.romgaz.ro, at Investor Relations section - News & Events. The conference call details will be sent by email to all registered participants shortly after registration.

The company presentation will be available starting with August 11, 2017 on www.romgaz.ro, at Investor Relations section - Investor Presentations.
