The Board of Directors acknowledged the resignation of Mr. Doros Dragos-Eugen from his position as Director of S.N.G.N. ROMGAZ S.A., starting from April 1st, 2014. The selection of a new member of the Board of Directors for the vacant position will be carried out in accordance with the legal and statutory provisions.
