("SNG") informs the shareholders and the investors about the conclusion of a contract for Market Making services for the Issuer with Raiffeisen Bank International AG, for a period of 24 months. The contract is concluded in compliance with the provisions established by the Bucharest Stock Exchange ("BVB") regarding the Issuer's Market Maker included in the BVB Code - Market Operator and has the purpose of increasing the liquidity of S.N.G.N. Romgaz S.A. shares.
