WH Smith PLC (the "Company") announces that Henry Staunton (PDMR) transferred a certificated holding of 9,523 Ordinary shares of 226/67 pence each in the Company to his nominee account with Wealth Nominees Limited for nil consideration. The PDMR then transferred the 9,523 shares to a nominee account in the name of his spouse, Mrs Karen Staunton (PCA), also held with Wealth Nominees Limited. Following the transfer, the aggregate shareholding of Henry Staunton and persons closely associated with him remains unchanged.
The notification set out below is provided in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
