In conformity with the Transparency Directive's chapter 5 (DTR 5.6.1), the Boardof Coms PLC (the 'Company') announces the following: As at the date of this announcement, the Company's issued share capital consistsof 904,916,667 Common Shares with a nominal value of 0.1 pence each, with votingrights ('Common Shares'). The Company does not hold any Common Shares in Treasury. Therefore the total number of Common Shares in the Company with voting rights is904,916,667.
