Coms PLC03 April 2007 3 April 2007 Coms Plc ("Coms" or "the Company" Ticker: (COMS)) Adjustment and Total Voting Rights This announcement amends the Total Voting Rights announcement released on 28 February 2007 at 17.49. The need for amendment arose as the total number of issued ordinary shares eachcarrying voting rights contained in the original announcement was incorrectlycalculated by reference to the actual number of ordinary shares issued in August2006 pursuant to a share placing. For the purpose of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure andTransparency Rules, the updated Company's total issued share capital at the dateof this announcement consists of 908,044,867 ordinary shares of 0.1p each inissue, each carrying the right to one vote. There are no shares held in Treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 908,044,867. The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for thecalculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify theirinterest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company,under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
