Interest in shares

Coms Plc ("Coms" or "Company") has today been notified that following a sale of 25,250,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), Mr Jason Drummond is now interested in a total of 36,293,485 Ordinary Shares representing 11.3 per cent. of the issued share capital of Coms.
