Issue of shares
Coms plc (AIM:COMS) announces that it has issued 8,232,375 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to Jason Drummond, a former director of Coms, at a valuation of 0.80 pence per share. The shares have been issued in settlement of a liability to Mr Drummond arising as part of his arrangements with the Company at the time of his departure from the Coms board on 12 September 2012
Application will be made for the admission to trading of these Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM with admission expected to take place on 15 March 2013.
The Company's enlarged issued ordinary share capital immediately following the issue of these shares will be 329,370,602 Ordinary Shares. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
