Resignation of Director
The Board of Strategic Minerals Plc (AIM: SML; USOTC:SMCDY) regrets to announce that Mr Patrick Griffiths has resigned from the board, with immediate effect, to prioritise his continuing recovery from illness.
Mr Julien McInally said, "I wish to thank Patrick for his contributions to the Company over the last four years. On behalf of the Board, I wish him a speedy and full recovery."
Presently, the Company is reviewing its board structure, including the appointment of a UK director, to assist with the next phase of growth and will announce any appointments in due course.
