Director dealing
Strategic Minerals Plc (AIM: SML; USOTC: SMCDY) has been informed that Kathleen McInally (wife of Executive Chairman, Julien McInally) and Director, Lyle Hobbs, have acquired 2,637,505 and 2,637,500 ordinary shares in the Company respectively. The shares were purchased today from Mr Patrick Griffiths, former Non-executive Director of the Company, in an off market transaction at a price of 0.37 pence per share.
Following the purchase, Julien McInally (via his wife, Kathleen McInally) has a total beneficial interest in 2,637,505 ordinary shares in the Company, equivalent to 0.36% of the Company's issued share capital and Lyle Hobbs has a total beneficial interest in 2,637,500 ordinary shares in the Company, equivalent to 0.36% of the Company's total issued share capital. Mr Patrick Griffiths no longer holds any shares in the Company.
