Under the exclusive contract, Smallbone will provide bespoke luxury kitchens toMann's new development in a prestigious area of Manhattan, New York. Thedevelopment will consist of 26 apartments and Smallbone will design and fitkitchens for each of these residences. Revenues from this contract are expectedto be approximately $2 million, which will impact positively in 2009/10.
