DIRECTOR'S DEALINGS

The Company announces that Mr. Grant Button, a Director of the Company, informed the Company on 6 March 2014 that he had purchased ordinary shares in the Company on Wednesday 5 March 2014.

Mr. Button purchased 175,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 7.5 pence. 

Following this transaction, Mr Button will hold a total of 500,000 shares in Sylvania.
